Western Paper Distributors Acquires the Assets of High Country Chemical Supplies
SDR Ventures, a Colorado-based investment banking firm recently announced that Western Paper Distributors, Inc. (Western Paper) has acquired the assets of High Country Chemical Supplies, Inc. (High Country Chemical). SDR Ventures served as buy-side advisor to Western Paper throughout the transaction process.
Western Paper is an award-winning provider of distribution services and products for the washroom, janitorial, food service, and lodging industries. With warehouses located in Denver, Phoenix and Albuquerque, the company serves a broad region of the western United States.
Western Paper has built a trustworthy reputation for its superior services and products. The company has experienced steady growth, and this marks its second acquisition in only two years.

Now, High Country Chemical boasts 48 employees in a 50,000 square foot Denver facility. The company has experienced substantial year-over-year growth since its inception, resulting in High Country Chemical becoming one of the top national distributors of commercial cleaning supplies, equipment, soap, trashcan liners and paper products.
