Qualifications

Robert has more than thirty-five years of experience in leadership, high-performance work, and major Corporate and Lean implementations. He has held senior management positions with major corporations including Ford, Monsanto, Engelhard, and Asea Brown Boveri (ABB). Robert has founded and started several successful businesses over the last two decades and now enjoys his time on numerous finance and banking boards.

Experience

For the last two decades, Robert has focused on his entrepreneurial pursuits and investment opportunities being a regular IPO & SPAC real estate investor. Robert has extensive and varied speaking experience, including industry conferences, annual leadership conferences, Healthcare Symposium, NAMA Agribusiness Forum, New Zealand’s Speakers Series, ASQ, IQPC and keynotes for many major corporations. Robert’s customized approach to each client has resulted in consistently high evaluation marks. He is the author of four books on leadership and has been cited in noted periodicals including Human Resource Management, Chief Learning Officer, and Harvard Management Update.

Education

Robert holds a BBA from the University of Iowa and is a graduate of the Human Resource Executive Program from University of Michigan.

Robert enjoys spending time with family, watching sports, and serving on various boards.
