Qualifications

Seth joined SDR as a Senior Advisor, Telecom, in 2025. Seth brings entrepreneurial leadership to SDR, shaped by his board and executive roles across public companies, private businesses, family-owned enterprises, and nonprofit organizations. His diverse background building and selling several successful companies equips Seth to advise founders, executives, and family-owned businesses through growth, transition, and strategic transactions.

Experience

Seth brings decades of entrepreneurial, operational, and board-level experience to his role as an advisor at SDR. He began his career as co-founder of CORD Communications, a family-owned network implementation firm acquired by publicly traded WesTower Corporation in 1998. He went on to serve as a founding investor and Vice Chairman of Washington Oregon Wireless (WOW), a Sprint PCS affiliate. Later he co-founded Tri-Power Group, a leading DAS integrator in the San Francisco Bay Area, Safter Buildings Coalition, an organization advancing in-building public safety communications, and SOLiD USA, a leading provider of indoor cellular coverage. Seth was the lead member of the team that brought SOLiD to the U.S. Market. As President, Seth led a team of leaders who grew U.S. sales to nearly $60 Million before opting to sell the business to a subsidiary of the manufacturer. Now a recognized TEDx and keynote speaker, Seth loves to deliver motivational and leadership training nationwide. Seth is the author of Ambition: Leading with Gratitude, a leadership manifesto for mission-driven executives, and hosts the Business Done Right podcast.

Interests

In his time outside of work, Seth is usually with his wife and four kids—often cheering at one of his son’s sporting events or enjoying the outdoors snowboarding, skiing, mountain biking, or riding motorcycles. He also loves spending time with his family at their home in Costa Rica.
