Qualifications

Dylan supports M&A transactions across a range of industries by conducting financial modeling, valuation analysis, buyer outreach, and preparing confidential marketing materials. Dylan holds his Series 79 and 63 licenses.

Experience

Prior to joining SDR, Dylan worked at The Presidio Group and Roth Capital Partners, where he advised founder-led and sponsor-backed companies on sell-side M&A and capital raises. He has experience across the automotive, software, and consumer sectors and has worked directly with C-level executives, financial sponsors, and strategic buyers.

Education

Dylan earned his Master of Finance from the University of California, Irvine, where he was a Dean’s Scholar and member of Beta Gamma Sigma. He received a B.A. in Business Management Economics from the University of California, Santa Cruz, graduating cum laude and earning placement on the Dean’s Honor List.

In his free time, Dylan enjoys cycling, backpacking, off-roading, and exploring new food spots around Denver.
