Dalton supports the full deal‑execution process by driving financial analysis, managing due diligence workflows, and preparing key materials for client and buyer discussions. He works closely with senior bankers to coordinate timelines, evaluate strategic alternatives, and ensure transactions progress efficiently from initial marketing through closing.

Experience

Before joining SDR, Dalton was an Associate at a boutique investment bank, where he led financial analysis, conducted market research, and developed client‑focused marketing materials. He supported the execution of numerous sell‑side transactions across the automotive, business services, and industrial sectors.

Education

Dalton holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Drake University, where he earned Dean’s List honors.

Interests

Outside the office, Dalton enjoys placing his emotional well‑being in the hands of the Kansas City Chiefs, traveling abroad with his wife—having visited more than 20 countries—and staying active in his local church.
